Health Minister Arsen Torosyan issued a statement saying:

“By this moment we have 18 confirmed cases, 11 of which are in the city of Echmiadzin and 1 is the contact of the 1 March patient. All 3 new cases have been isolated and are under our control.

We also have good news. Today’s testing of a patient diagnosed on March 1 showed a negative result, meaning no virus was found. Tomorrow after another negative result, he will be discharged from the hospital.”
