The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia has submitted for public discussion the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia “On Defining the List of Data to be submitted (provided) in the Declaration of Beneficial Owners”.

The draft stipulates that all information contained in the Declaration submitted by the State Registry of Legal Entities about beneficial owners shall be disclosed (provided), except for information on the identity documents of individuals, including public service number, as well as information on their registration and residence addresses.

The list of data subject to publication (provision) in the Declaration on Beneficial Owners will be determined by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

The justification of the Draft states that as a result of the adoption of the draft legal act, the scope of the data provided by the Declaration on Beneficial Owners will be set, which is accessible to the public in the State Register of Legal Entities without restriction and payment of state duty.
