Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today visited Nazeli Khachatryan, the 13-year-old resident of Gyumri, who is in the resuscitation department of the “Sourb Astvatsamayr” Medical Center.
“We are very sorry for this girl and her murdered mother, but let us finally admit that this girl and her mother are also victims of the notion that violence in general and violence against women in particular can have any justification,” the Prime Minister wrote.
