On 29 February, a working consultation was held with the participation of the Deputy Commanders, Chiefs of Staffs and Departments, military officials representing different spheres.

During the meeting the sides discussed current and upcoming tasks of the military importance, on which the head of the defense department gave instructions and recommendations to the officers.
