Tatevik Grigoryan discovered the Broken Window Glass on 8 January, and the Bullet between them was on the 21st of January: Gor Abrahamyan

As we have already informed, a criminal case under Article 235, part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia was initiated on the basis of the judge’s report, on the discovery of a bullet shot in the window of the office of Judge Tatevik Grigoryan.

Advisor to the Prosecutor General Gor Abrahamyan provided details about this:

“To avoid further speculation, it is worth noting that a site investigation revealed that although the double-sided glass window had been broken, Judge Tatevik Grigoryan had discovered it on January 8, after entering the office on the first working day of this year, the inner layer of the glass was harmless. And only on January 21, after discovering the bullet between two glasses, T. Grigoryan turned to the police. That is to say, during the preparation of the material, no data was obtained that would seem to indicate that the shot was intentionally fired for certain purposes, most notably the incident that occurred during the holidays.

Notwithstanding this, as well as the fact that the criminal case was initiated on illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive devices; appropriate measures will be undertaken during the investigation to reveal all the circumstances of the incident.”
