We have already reported that the body of former NSS director Georgi Kutoyan was found in one of the apartments of Paruyr Sevak Street in Yerevan with gunshot wound.
An on-the-spot investigation is underway, with forensic doctors also taking part to find out what happened.
When the Officers from the Investigative Committee arrived at the place, Georgy Kutoyan’s wife and father were there. Artur Melikyan, Deputy Head of the General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases informed about this. “According to preliminary information provided by the operatives officers, the body was found by his wife,” he said.
He also said that they had not yet spoken to their neighbors. It is also unclear with what weapon the shot was made.
