The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan, presided by Judge Gagik Poghosyan, upheld the investigator’s motion to select the detention as measure of retrained for the CC President Hrayr Tovmasyan’s godson Norayr Panosyan.
Norayr Panosyan was charged under Article 308 (2) of the RA Criminal Code, namely, abusing official powers, which negligently caused grave consequences and filed a motion to arrest.
