The mothers who lost their children have declared a pan-Armenian protest on 10 January, at 11:00 am.

“The Armenian Mothers and Armenians around the world demand the detention of Razmik Abrahamyan and other individuals involved in the case.

World-wide Armenians you can also join our action in your towns, villages, yards, in the Diaspora near the Armenian Church or in Armenian Consulates.

It is enough for them to stay in freedom,” the statement reads.

We have informed earlier that on 18 December, Razmik Abrahamyan, the director of the Republican Maternity Hospital, was arrested in the scope of the case of illegally separating the child from the parents; the deputy director, and the director of the orphanage were later arrested as well. The court rejected the investigator’s motion to arrest Abrahamyan.
