Major General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan, Commandos, will suspend his membership in the Public Council. He said this in a conversation with Iravaban.net.

“I haven’t been to council meetings since April, I can’t go and sit for hours. My decision has nothing to do with Styopa Safaryan’s appointment,” he said. “Styopa is a good fellow.”

Commandos will meet with Styopa Safaryan, Chairman of the Public Council, but will not change his mind.

Notably, Styopa Safaryan was appointed Chairman of the Public Council on 18 December. Larisa Alaverdyan and Harutyun Mesrobyan have already suspended their membership in the Public Council after the appointment.
