The Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak Region is considering the criminal case brought against Narine M.
On 5 July 2012, at 13:30 the accused entered into the ward N 36 of Gyumri Hospital after Gyulbenkyan, where Arthur S. was receiving treatment after he was stabbed with the knife by the son of the accused. Afterward, threatening to kill and cause damage to health, she forced him to give false testimony, that he didn’t know who stabbed him.
The recognizance not to leave was selected as a measure of restraint.
Note. Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty by the court verdict lawfully entered into force as prescribed by Criminal Procedure Code.
