Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan delivered a speech at the National Assembly during the adoption of the 2020 draft budget.
He noted that this budget is definitely revolutionary.
Pashinyan spoke about budget changes in education, healthcare, defense and other areas.
“It should be reminded that from 1 January, the microbusiness is exempt from taxes. This will be determined by the number of the provided cash vouchers. The person who fails to provide cash voucher steals from the soldier, the army, the pensioner, the teacher and that theft should be punished,” he said.
