The labor contract may be discontinued in case of presentation of faked documents by the employee to an employer at the conclusion of the labor contract.

In particular, those documents include:

1. document of education, qualification or availability of special knowledge – if hired for work requiring special knowledge or special training according to the labor legislation.

2. document on the employee’s state of health (sanitary book), if hired for work requiring initial and periodic medical examinations, as well as if the employee is under 18. The RA Government defines the list of those works and the form of sanitary book.
