The law prescribes certain restrictions for the judges, taking into consideration the key function performed by them, i.e. administration of justice.
In particular, the judge shall not be engaged in any entrepreneurial activity nor shall he/she hold any office in state or local self-government bodies not related to his/her duties, hold any position in commercial organizations, as well as engage in any other paid occupation, except for scientific, educational and creative work.
