The Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts is considering a criminal case brought against A. Dilanyan with the charge of killing his aunt. On 03.06.2011 the accused, living with his aunt S. Grigoryan in her apartment, being drunk, had a dispute on domestic issues with his aunt and punched and kicked her multiple times to different parts of the body with the intent to kill her. As a result, S. Grigoryan had injuries incompatible with life and died.
Today the prosecutor was not present in the court and the court session was delayed. The next court session will take place on January 24th, at 13:00p.m.
