On 23.12.2012 the criminal case on the fact of the death of the recruit Norayr Sahakyan in the Reanimation Department of Military Hospital was initiated under Part 2, Article 376 (Negligent attitude to service which negligently caused grave consequences) of the RA Criminal Code by the Investigation Department of the Ministry of Defense.
The preliminary investigation of the criminal case is underway. The forensic medical expertise of a corpse is carrying out.
