On 6 February 1996, the National Assembly appointed Gagik Harutyunyan the President of the RA Constitutional Court.
In 2011, according to the declaration of property and income that Gagik Harutyunyan submitted to the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials of Armenia he had 5 million 700 thousand AMD, $ 5,200 and 2700 EUROs. The revenues amounted to 12 million 90 thousand AMD, which was received from 3 salaries and $ 1,594 received from other income.
In 2012, his funds decreased and amounted to 3 million 800 thousand AMD, 2200 USD and 1700 EUROs. The revenues were 12 million 314 thousand AMD, which was received from three sources: salaries.
In 2013 Gagik Harutyunyan savings amounted to 4,700,000 AMD and 3,600 USD. His income totaled to 12 million 209 thousand AMD, which was obtained from salaries, 2 sources from other civil law contracts, and 300 EUROs, which was received from royalties and author’s remuneration.
In 2014 his savings grew and totaled to 6 million 300 thousand AMD, $ 5200 and 2800 EUROs. His earnings amounted to 13 million 503 thousand AMD, which was received from 3 salaries and 1,440 EUROs, which was received from lump sum payment.
In 2015, the funds of the President of Constitutional Court totaled to 2 million 950 thousand AMD, 7800 USD and 6900 EUROs. The revenues amounted to 16 million 341 thousand AMD, which was received from three salaries.
In 2016, his savings amounted to 4 million 600 thousand AMD, $ 6500 and 1250 EUROs. The revenues amounted to 15 million 990 thousand AMD, 480 EUROs, and 500 dollars. These were received from four salaries.
In 2017, Gagik Harutyunyan declared 3 million 870 thousand AMD, 5900 USD and 2300 EUROs. His revenues in 2017 amounted to 16 million 295 thousand AMD and 720 EUROs, which were received from three sources: salaries.

- In 2016 Anahit Khachatryan declared 1 million 546 thousand AMD, 12,500 USD. Her revenues in 2016 were received from the pension only, amounting to 396,000 AMD.
- In 2017 her savings decreased to 1 million 380 thousand and 11,300 USD. The revenues were 396 thousand AMD, which was received from the pension.
