On 8 April, at about 2:24 a.m, the cranberry tree in Nalbandian 7 yard fell on a Mercedes-Bents C class. As a result, the car suffered serious damage.
In the morning, employees of Kentron-Greenery Service cut the broken tree.
Earlier, on 15 March, 2015, we had written that the residents of the yard were already tired of writing letters to the city authorities. They had multiply written that letters to Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan asking to cut off the dried branches in the yard.
On 10 October of the same year the citizens again raised the issue. And it was noted that the tree could fail, damaging the cars and what is worse, damaging the passers-by and the residents.
However, residents’ alarms remained unanswered, as a result of which another car was damaged.
It should be noted that on 19 June, 2017, a car drove back in the same area, hit the tree and broke the rear windshield. Photos of this crash are available here.
