Today, on 13 February, 2018, the Regular Session of the Yerevan Council of Elderly took place. An attack on members of the Yerkir Tsirani faction took place during the session. Taron Margaryan, Suren Nersisyan, Gor Vardanyan and several others were among the attackers. The attackers threatened the members of the Yerkir Tsirani faction. A number of high-ranking police officers came to the meeting hall. They sieged and blocked the meeting hall. In accordance with Article 27 of the RA Criminal Procedure Code, the investigating authority, the investigator, the prosecutor are obliged to institute criminal proceedings within their jurisdiction to detect all the offenses, to take all the measures envisaged by the law for the identification of the offenders and the offense and the circumstances of the crime. Based on the above-mentioned, please file a criminal case under Articles 181-182 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia. “
