The Ministry of Justice has submitted a new draft of the Civil Procedure Code, which imposes a fine up to 100,000 AMD against the advocates. The penalty will be imposed by the judge presiding at the court hearing. In the interview with Iravaban.net advocate Liparit Simonyan especially drew attention to the fact that the draft sets the penalty as a punishment for certain crimes.
