– What is year 2017 distinguished with? What were your achievements this year? Were there omissions?
– Achievements and omissions are closely interconnected and embody everyday successes and concerns. Success and concerns in their turn are not measured in in the context of the year. Probably, it will be right to say that another year passed.
– Who do you think this year was a distinguished professional in your sphere?
– I can point out many people in different fields and professions. Anyone who wakes up in the morning hurries to the workplace with pride and devotion dedication, to earn the living for his family, deserves appraisal.
– Have you encountered funny cases (court cases, judicial or legal acts)?
– I do not try to remember about any funny case or legal act. But I will share a funny episode, which I met during the recent inter-regional professional conference. Thus, during the exchange of international experience in the judiciary, the representative of the member state which is in a relative ceasefire with us encouraged the participants to apply the already established in their country electronic justice system. But when the whole description was introduced, it turned out that in reality, it is not about the electronic justice, but about the “DataLex” and suchlike programs, which has long been used in Armenia and other participating states, and this caused a loud laugh among the participants. And the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Host Country urged our neighbors with great enthusiasm not to mix “electronic document circulation” with “electronic justice”.
– What was the most surprising thing for you in your sphere this year (court cases, judicial or legal acts)?
– Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately there are few opportunities to be surprised.
– What would happen if Santa Clause was a lawyer? What post would you assign to him?
– I would not want to imagine Santa Claus’s image in any other character or position. Santa Claus is too busy with doing a nice job of realizing the innumerable dreams of the little ones.
– How and with whom do you celebrate New Year and Christmas?
– As a rule, with and among family members. Of course, these days are a good occasion for winter sports.
– Do you find yourself in the role of cook in the kitchen on the occasion of the New Year?
– I appear in the kitchen exclusively as a consumer, rarely as a provider, unfortunately, I help people here exclusively by inactivity.
– What are the expectations from 2018?
– The expectations are standard and unchanged – peace, prosperity, health.
– What have you and your children asked from Santa Claus?
– The children sent “confidential” letters with there wishes to Santa Claus, their contents and how well they were fulfilled will be known, on the New Year’s Eve. I personally applied to Santa asking that the children’s gifts came to them as they wanted and timely.
