During the special session held today in Artsakh Parliament the deputies elected the President of the Artsakh Republic.
David Babayan, spokesman for the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan, told Iravaban.net that the voting was over already and the results were summed up. 32 out of 33 deputies were present at the session.
28 of them voted for incumbent President Bako Sahakyan and 4 for the leader of “Movement 88” faction Eduard Aghabekian.
