The notary public of “Gavar” notary district has been called to disciplinary responsibility on the order to the RA Minister of Justice Arpine Hovhannisyan. Disciplinary sanction of suspension was imposed upon the notary for the term of 4 months.
The basis of disciplinary sanction was the study of the working group of Inspection of the Legality of the RA Ministry of Justice which was conducted on the order of the Minister. The working group found violations of law and other legal acts.
