“Governed by Article 55 (11) of the Constitution of the RA with amendments of 2005, based on Article 150 of the RA Judicial Code, and considering the recommendation of the Council of Judges presented by the decision 18-Vo-14, I decide to:
Appoint Serzhik Avetisyan the Chairman of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation and at the same time terminate his authorities of the Judge of Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation.”
