On 2 September, 2016, at 17:00, the Justice Council of the RA held a session on the motion of the Minister of Justice of the RA on subjecting the judge to disciplinary liability. The Judicial Department of the RA disseminated information about this.
The statement says, “Guided by Part 2 of Article 109 of the RA Judicial Code and Article 111, part 2 of the same article, and taking into account the mediation submitted by the judge to hold a closed session on subjecting to disciplinary liability, the Justice Council, proceeding from the view to protect the interests of justice, decided to hold a closed session on 2 September, 2016 on subjecting the judge to the disciplinary liability.”
