The Government considers that a necessity has arisen to rebuild the building of the Armenian and Russian peoples’ friendship museum in Abovyan city, Kotayk region to prevent further collapse and operate safely.
The museum is a two three-storey building with a complex layout outline with over 1330 m2 surface. Because of the unsatisfactory technical condition of the roof there are slots from where rainwater goes down, inner and outer walls are damaged. There are oblique and vertical cracks in the walls. The building needs to be reconstructed. For the organization of the construction it’s necessary to have:
• report on the technical condition of the structure,
• design – budget estimate documents of the reconstruction
• interior decoration project,
• expertise of the design – budget estimate documentation:
It is expected to spend 17.54 million AMD on the reconstruction design works of the building of the Armenian and Russian peoples’ friendship museum in Abovyan city, Kotayk region.
The government plans to allocate this amount to the Ministry of Urban Development in nine months in 2016 from the government reserve fund.
And the price of this museum reconstruction on taxpayers will be clear after investing 17.54 million AMD and submitting projects.
