The body conducting preliminary investigation of the criminal case against the “Sasna Tsrer” group replenished the charges against Pavel Manukyan. Iravaban.net gets informed from Pavel Manukyan’s advocate Inessa Petrosyan, that Article 35-225 of the RA Criminal Code, “Preparing Mass Disorder”, was added to his accusation.

Let us recall, that the investigation committee launched a criminal case in the previous year on the occasion of the preparation of organizing mass disorder in Yerevan on 24 April, 2015. Based on the combination of the obtained evidence, Varuzhan Avetisyan, Pavel Manukian, Gevorg Safaryan, Zhirayr Sefilyan, Garegin Chugaszyan were accused according to Article 35-225, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code.
