On July 18, the persons that are in the territory of the Police Patrol Service Regiment have been provided with food and other necessary medicines. As a result of complex operations conducted by the law enforcement agencies as well as the negotiations another hostage has been taken out from the occupied territory. However, such encouraging episodes are not reassuring guarantees of the desired outcome and do not exclude the possible tragic consequences, responsibility for which shall bear the initiators solely. The terrorists must realize that they have no alternative than to unconditionally fulfill all the requirements of the authorities. The RA law enforcement agencies still hope that the armed group members shall make decisions guided only by discretion.
