New Appointment on Presidential Decree

“Guided by Paragraph 8 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the RA as amended in 2005, and based on Article 36, Part2 of the RA Law on Prosecution, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan decided:

To appoint Davit Melkonyan to the position of Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia.
