Artsrun Hovanissyan cleared Rumors About Chemical Substances

The Azeri media has been spreading news that they allegedly found unexploded artillery shells containing chemicals belonging to the Armenian side.

Ministry of Defense Spokesman, Artsrun Hovanissyan commented on this news on his Facebook page stating “A few words about the white phosphorous. Azerbaijan is in a state of delusion, but we understand “such” behavior.”
