NKR Human Rights Defender Yuri Hayrapetyna has issued an Interim Report on Atrocities committed by Azerbaijani Military Forces against the Population of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and Servicemen of the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army on 2-5 April 2016. The Report says:
“The Azerbaijan’s military aggression against the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and its peaceful population of April 2-5, 2016 was accompanied by massive and brutal human rights violations.”
The English version of the Report Interim Report on Atrocities committed by Azerbaijani Military Forces against the Population of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and Servicemen of the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army on 2-5 April 2016 has been published today.
