“President of the Republic of Armenia and National Security Council Serzh Sargsyan convened a meeting of National Security Council today in the evening. The issues of gross violation of the Ceasefire agreement of 1994 by the Republic of Azerbaijan, large scale attack against the Nagorrno Karabakh Republic, and the situation created as a result of the use of force against civilians, and the measures to be undertaken in this connection were discussed.
The members of the Security Council held reports. It was recorded that during the war unleashed by Azerbaijan, Armenian armed forces have carried out their tasks. The NKR Defense Army acted duly, stopping the aggression of Azerbaijan and undermining their plans.”
The President gave corresponding instructions on the issues discussed.
