In the city of Yerevan, in the Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts, investigations are underway by the Investigation Department to find out the whereabouts of a stolen wallet.
On March 22, 2016, a report was filed that on February 10, 2016 a briefcase containing a banking card, money, and other important documents was stolen. The card was used on Khorenatsi Street in Yerevan to withdraw a significant amount of money.
The case is being investigated by the Investigation Department of the Kentron and Nork-Marash Administrative Districts of Yerevan, and by a criminal case was initiated under Article 177, Part 3, Point 2 of the RA Criminal Code.
During the pre-trial proceedings, the bank provided a recording by the security cameras which show a man using the stolen card.
The criminal case is being used to establish a comprehensive and objective understanding of the matter and prosecute the correct defendant.
