Spokesperson of the RA Minister of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan shared on his Facebook page a photo posted by another user. The defective part of the “Smerch” used this night by Azerbaijan is depicted on the photo. Hovhannisyan left the following comment:
“On the right you can see the unexploded rocket of “Smerch”, that is what the “second weapon after atomic rockets” is with its consequences. It has been years since I said that the appreciation for this weapon is overly exaggerated, let alone the $ 50 million swindling story. You’ll understand the rest yourselves.”
Artak Paytyan, the user who posted these photos, writes the following:
“The Azerbaijani military equipment is out of order:
– the majority of shells don’t explode;
– the military equipment is delivered to the border line using couplers,
– some drones fall down before reaching the border line.”
