The special session of the OSCE Permanent Council on Nagorno Karabakh will begin on April 5 in Vienna, with the participation of the Co-chairing countries Russia, France and USA. Informs Interfax with a reference to the source from OSCE headquarters.
The OSCE presidency has decided to convene a special session of the Permanent Council on the occasion of escalations in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone.
As expected, the co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group, will inform about the situation in the conflict zone and the further steps to find ways for the regulation of conflict. In addition, participants of the Minsk Group, including representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Finland and Turkey would conduct meetings and consultations.
