Information Security Expert Samvel Martirosyan wrote in his Facebook page:
“According to my information source in the Central Staff, the Azerbaijanian Army is applying preventive measures in several directions to prevent the retreat of their own troops. This in particular is evidenced by the fact that Baku has already confessed in the media that the Armenian troops have gone on the attack. In addition, monitoring of social networks testifies the fact that according to not reliable data, Azerbaijanis are blowing up bridges in their areas, to prevent the advance of our troops.”
