b. In general refrain from using information spread by the Azerbaijanian media. Since at the state of war into the enemy’s media become a pure propaganda tools. You can read those if you want, but do not spread such information.
c. Read the foreign press with reservation, as very often the people who write there do not know the real situation or do not understand the case, or, in the case of some countries, have a one-sided attitude.
d. The accounts of unknown users in social networks should not be previewed as a source of information.
e. It is not worth to disseminate through internet unverified information received from friends. A little delay has not harmed anyone yet. Remember that you are not an official spokesman and you are not required to be operative.
