On March 30th, the RA monitoring and assessment working group of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs had introduced the results of the program of monitoring and assessment in the social sphere. The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Artem Asatryan, highlighted the importance of the program’s objective and effectiveness in monitoring and assessing the system and noted that in the past two years that task was put on the program’s agenda.
The Minister also noted that the results of the implemented activities were approached with clear methodology and that each formed program should go from the objective to actions with the implemented methodology of assessment and indicators.
At the meeting, the Deputy Minister, Sona Harutyunyan, introduced the concept of monitoring and evaluating the programs in the social sphere and the procedures and methodology for their implementation.
The results of the archive activity monitoring and evaluation, as well as the results of the research were also presented.
The Minister once again expressed gratitude for the work conducted and reassured that the program will continue improving results.
