Today, the RA President signed a decree on appointing Georgy Kutoyan Director of the National Security Service of the RA.
The Decree NH-175-A reads: “Governed by the provisions of Article 55, Clause 5 of the RA Constitution of 2005 with amendments and based on Article 18 Part 2 of the RA Law on “Service in National Security Bodies” I decide:
To appoint Georgy Kutoyan Director of the National Security Service adjacent to the RA Government.”
On 3 February, Georgy Kutoyan was released from the position of Assistant to the RA President and was appointed Deputy Prosecutor General of the RA.
Today, Georgy Kutoyan was released from the position of Deputy Prosecutor General of the RA by another decision of the RA President.
Gorik Hakobyan was dismissed from the position of Director of the National Security Service.
