The Fall School on European Law continued its work on 1 October. Today, the participants split into working groups to discuss Article 6 – on the principles of the Right to a Fair Trial of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Dr. Thomas Nappert, lawyer from Germany coordinated the work of the groups.
The next lecture referred to compiling complaint to the ECHR. Prof. Dr. Michaela Wittinger, from Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences Mannheim shared her experience with the participants.
Further, Dr. Thomas Nappert spoke about the right to remain silent, whereas Dr. Michaela Wittinger introduced the right to expression.
At the end of the day the participants conducted practical group work on compiling complaint to ECHR under the supervision of Dr. Wittinger and Dr. Nappert.
