“The RA Law on the Specifics of Administrative Proceeding on the Cases of Violations detected through the Video or Photo Devices” provides that the body conducting the administrative proceeding shall adopt the administrative act during 7 business days after determining the attributes of the violation.
Within three days after the adoption of an administrative act, it is delivered to the addressee of an administrative act.
The administrative act providing a fine shall enter into force within three days after the day of its notification, and shall be fulfilled by the recipient within 30 days after entering into force.
In case of the administrative act that foresees depriving from the driving license, the recipient or his authorized person is obliged to hand over his driving license to the administrative body within 5 working days following the notification.
