On 18 September the Police held a discussion on the issues of the traffic regulation, which was chaired by the Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan.

The participants discussed the departmental problems, possibilities of cooperation, composition of the working groups and the procedures for recommendation of long and short term programs.
