Their release remains a critical humanitarian issue tied to the broader and sincere peace process.

As a concerned Armenian citizen, I respectfully urge you to leverage your diplomatic influence and your authority to secure the immediate and unconditional release of these hostages. Your leadership in this matter could significantly advance justice and goodwill, reinforcing the peace agreement’s foundation and ensuring the safe return of these individuals to their families.

Your prior statements condemning the ethnic cleansing of Artsakh’s Armenian Christians and your pledge to protect persecuted Christians worldwide give me confidence that you will act decisively. By advocating for the release of these hostages, you can further demonstrate your commitment to human rights and strengthen the prospects for genuine reconciliation between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
