During the last resounding developments related with the rise of electricity tarrifs, it is often noted that “Electric networks of Armenia ” CJSC owes 1.2 Billion AMD toto “Nairit Plant” Company.
It appears that the ENA has twice applied tothe court, with a claim to recognize “Nairit” involuntary bankrupt. ENA first applied to the court in 2009. The case was tried in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shengavit Administrative District. Two judges were changed. However as Iravaban.net learned from Datalex Judiciary Portal, no judicial act has been issued.
ENA applied to the court with the same claim in in April 2015 (Court of General Jurisdiction of Shengavit Administrative District). The case was assigned to Judge Armen Chichoyan. According to DataLex the last court sitting was set on 21 May 2015.
It is due to notice that the judicial fee on the bankruptcy cases is 500.000 AMD. And thus ENA has paid total 1 million AMD state fees for both cases.
