During the protest march against the rise of electricity tariffs in Gyumri on 25 June, the police officers of Kumayri Police Department detained one of the participants of the march near 68 Garegin Nzhdeh Street. He was Nerses A., (DoiB 1972). Nerses was drunk.
As a result of personal search the police found and and confiscated the marijuana-like substance.
Nerses said that the finding belonged to him and he had prepared it o smoke.
Another participant of the same march was arrested in drunk state near 10 Vazgen Sargsyan street, and brought him to Mush Police.
Department. He was Samvel Z. (DoB 1972).
A jack-knife was found at him as a resul5t of personal search.
Correspondin expertise has been set in both cases. Investigation is in process.
