The Performance Act of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association`s Development Plan of 2014 and the current Strategy Plan were discussed in Garni on 20 June. SWOT analysis was carried out in the nature. AYLA members, employees and volunteers raised the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, outlined the opportunities and threats. The Development plan for 2015 was prepared as a result of discussions and the current Strategy Plan was reviewed.
AYLA President Karen Zadoyan highlighted the importance of working meetings in such a format and stated that the latter make the team work more efficient.
AYLA Advocate Syuzanna Soghomonyan presented the activities of the day and moderated the SWOT analysis. Afterwards the three target sub-systems of the organizational activities were established, the participants were divided into groups and prepared the Development Plan of 2015, after which they embarked on the review of the current Strategy Plan.
By the end of 2015 multiple activities should be organized, including steps towards Iravaban.net should be undertaken.
The working meeting passed in a warm atmosphere, the discussion was followed by a visit to the Geghard Monastery. The Organization`s Development Plan of this Year and the reviewed Strategy plan will be presented to the approval of the AYLA Board very soon.
