The RA Investigative Committee informs that the application of the representatives of the victims’ successors for permission of participation in the forensic expertise of the case of the murder of 7 members of Avetisyans family was upheld.
Representatives of the victims’ successors Arthur Sakunts and Arayik Zalyan had submitted applications to the body conducting the proceeding, which were considered in the order provided by law and they were informed about the decision in the written form.
Considering the public interest on the case we inform that among other questions the representatives of the victims’ successors had requested to provide opportunity to participate in the forensic examinations and ask questions to the experts.
