Today, the RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on making amendments to the 4 May, 2008, Decree NH-107-A of the RA President. The decree reads:
“Guided by the provisions of Paragraph 6 of Article 55 of the RA Constitution and based on Article 70 of the RA Law on Legal Acts, I decide:
Repeal Clause 16 of the Annex to the 4 May, 2008, Decree NH-107-A of the RA President on the “Approval of the National Security Council Staff.”
According to Clause 16 of the Annex to the 4 May, 2008, Decree NH-107-A of the RA President on the “Approval of the National Security Council Staff” the Chairman of Prosperous Armenia Party was in the composition of the staff of National Security Council.
