Lori marz Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee completed the preliminary investigation on the case of the citizen Ani, on the fact of prepaing and dissemination of pornographic materials on 3 residents of Lori marz, thus systematically undermining their dignity and involuntarily causing to a suicide attempt of one of the m. The RA Investigative Committee informs.
The evidences proved that in the period of February through June 2013, Ani had close relations with a certain Aram, with the intention to marry with him. But these relations were terminated.
Learning that Aram intends to marry with another girl, Ani with the motives of revenge any prepared pornographic materials on that girl through “Photoshop” program on her PC.
Further she disseminated the materials through the Social Networks “Odnoklassniki” and “VKontakte”, where she opened fake pages.
As a result the girl made an attempt of suicide on 10 November 2013 at 19:30 by jumping through the windoe of their flat. But her brother managed to prevent that.
The materials prepared by the Investigative committee were sent to the Court on 6 February 2015.
