Today in the morning the RA Minister of Health Armen Muradyan held the third council to asses the hea;lth condition of the minor Serryozha Avetisyan, who suffered as a result of the murder in Gyumri, and who currently is in Children’s Resuscitation Department of “Surb Astvatsamayr” Medical Center in Yerevan.
