Zinavor Meghryan has been appointed the Adviser to the President on the Programmatic Issues of the RA Chamber of Advocates from 1 February 2014, by the decision 09 A of Ara Zohrabyan, President of the RA Chamber of Advocates, informs the official website of the RA Chamber of Advocates.
Zinavor Meghryan was born on 26 May 1983, in Shahumyan region of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
